At my Initial Stage with seven years in the corporate world, I made a significant shift to something closer to my heart and nature—I became an organic farmer. This transition was far from simple. Despite my enthusiasm and investment, my initial attempts at farming were challenging. With no practical experience in agriculture, I found myself struggling to make my dream a reality. It took three years of failures, self-reflection, and deep dives into the causes of those failures to realize a fundamental truth: success in farming extends beyond just cultivation.

Despite having the right qualifications and experience, many farmers were not seeing the success they deserved. The core issue?
